Diabetes Hongkong Healthy Run 香港糖尿聯會健康長跑 2012

To promulgate the importance of regular physical activity for good health and for preventing diabetes mellitus, the Diabetes Hongkong, the Department of Health and the Hospital Authority, join hands to organize the "Diabetes Hongkong Healthy Run 2012". Details are as follows:
Event Date ：Sunday, 8th January 2012
Assembly Area ：Pak Shek Kok Promenade (Near the Hong Kong Science Park)
Target ： General Public (16 years old or above)
Quota ： 1500 (on first-come-first-serve basis)
Category ： (i) 10km Healthy Run (respective awards for Men/Women and Junior/Senior/Master categories)
(ii) 5km Healthy Run(respective awards for Men/Women)
P.S.: Participants can sign up for both individual and team competitions (team of 3 runners)
Starting Time ：(i) 08:00 AM (10km Healthy Run)
(ii) 08:15 AM (5km Healthy Run)
為了向巿民大眾宣揚定期參與體能活動對促進身體健康及預防糖尿病的重要性，香港糖尿聯會與衞生署和醫院管理局將協辦「香港糖尿聯會健康長跑 2012」 活動，詳情如下：
活動日期 ：2012 年 1 月 8 日 (星期日)
地點 ：白石角海濱長廊 (近香港科學園)
對象 ：公眾人士 (16歲或以上)
名額 ：1500人 (先到先得)
組別 ：(i) 10公里健康跑 (奬項分男/女子組 及 青年/高級/先進組) (ii) 5公里健康跑 (奬項分男/女子組)
[附註：參加者亦可同時以隊際身分參賽 (3人一隊)]
起跑時間 ：(i) 早上8時00分 (10公里健康跑)
(ii) 早上8時15分 (5公里健康跑)
Souvenir 紀念品
Functional dry-fit vest, toothpaste and toothbrush
所有參加者將獲贈快乾功能運動背心、牙膏及牙刷乙件。
