未試過食gel....覺得幾貴.
我見d gel 一般都係百幾kcal一包
其實其他朱古力bar (snicker/picnic...)一條可以有4-500kcal好似抵好多
我明白gel既packing係方便好多, 同埋講緊百幾kcal已足夠一般人一個鐘既補充.亦聽過某d高糖食物容易令腸胃不適
除方便外gel既成份同其他糖果(chocolate/橡皮糖/硬糖)分別大唔大?
會唔會有d gel會有較多mineral/電解?

you get the point. 我試過天氣熱跑冇胃口食朱古力.
問electrolyte係因為試過抽筋25k"行人止步" - 真係抽到行唔郁.
我知唔只關飲食/天氣事, 好多野都要靠長課時去試,如pacing/衫褲/步頻etc
渣打全馬前我會做多d experiment~ thanks a lot!
