Registration for the China Coast Marathon and Half Marathon 2011 has started. The races will be held on Jan (16) at Pak Tam Chung, Sai Kung, starting at 8:00am. Full marathon time limit is six hours. To the contrary I find CCM in High Island reservoir is tougher than HK Half Marathon in Tai Mei Tuk!

恭喜壞人，CY爸奪分組獎！

Completed the freezing cold SHK China Coast Marathon in a moderate slow time of 1:57:28 hrs in the morning at High Island Reservoir today.  I felt satisfied that despite my run was slow, I didn't need to walk in this extreme hilly race course.

Nice to meet many runners friends. Enjoyed^.^
