大家好

小弟來自台灣，目前暫居香港

是超級新手，以前沒有練過跑，目前還在習慣中

一週兩次至三次，從荃景圍沿青山公路跑至青龍頭，再搭小巴回家

通常和老婆一起跑

路上如果 ...

歡迎ching, 一週跑二至三次也很好, 祝長跑長友, 多d上來吹下水吧. (我們d口語化中文, ching明白嗎 辛苦晒ching)

真係靚到飛起, 但青龍頭、深井一帶是否跑行人路 有沒有寬闊的跑步徑????

you have many experiences in marathon.  share more with us when u have time hard to practise long run in the humid hot summer in h.k.

where is Mt. Baldy?? L.A??  Good that you have your plan and goal.  i used to go hiking and canoeing in hk.  but in the last half year, i started to like running
