I am now reading a book named "ChiRunning" and one of the main point mentioned by author is running with correct form & posture. I was running with 8字腳 previously and which is not efficient. I am now try to improve my form and I feel much better now. I'm not saying that I was ran faster now, but I can using less power to run with 10K or more.
我正在修正跑步8字腳, 腰背唔夠直及提腿問題, 原來用錯姿勢跑是非常side力的。以前跑完1OK以上會很累, 腰背肌肉痛, 小腿肌肉硬晒, 新姿勢就無呢D問題。
