i was shocked when i know such change this year........
i was so angry for such change
HKAAA made it sub 330 for elite start for last two years.........
if they started such as change at the very beginning...i think it would be reasonable.........
many runners guess they can have elite area this year.......
the main thing is.....being a "professional" sports assoication........
i was quite surprise of how HKAAA define elite (for SCM).......
the definition of elite is depending on how many people using elite zone......not being a level a standard....
if they set the elite zone standard same as this year at the very begin.......then it is reasonable and persuasive
i was quite surprised when they set elite zone as sub 330 at the first year.......
i can't think of why sub 330 was elite........last year also the same.......
but then this year change to prize-money runner........
no standard at all or suddenly being standard...........shame of it
