今天很開心半馬PB 1:46:06
但就更覺得全馬不容易跑，
担心自己的能力只可大約捱到
30K左右，如果要5小時內完成
全馬，我恐怕真的要加把勁操練
了 !

Congratulations to your good run and prize winning!
I believe U could complete the FM in 4 hrs without difficulties.
Add oil ah!
