Ran a short run for 30 mins on this Friday, and then yesterday, I did a bit dancing at home after having watched the dance programme, and today, just having done a 24 posture Tai Chi in the playground, haven't done that for a long time, nearly forgot how to do it, hopefully after practice for two nights, although I still couldn't completely remember the entire flow of the postures, I could do the whole 24 postures now. Very happy for this. |
