I did a short run yesterday for about 30 minutes, very hot, but actually I felt good that I can still keep running as my habit, I am now just keeping one run per each week, although it is only a short run, it do help me to be more confident while dealing with daily obstacles.

although I need to experience harder days, I still be confident that I can pass it.

wah~ you completed a 10K race in this hot weather today, so great~!!  in this weather I think I do cannot complete it within one hour (although in other better weather I still cannot complete it within one hour...)

just having done a short run tonight, totally I did 2 short slow runs this week, hope I can continue to do this next week.

oh, thanks blur and crazy treadmill~

I just did a relatively long run for about 50 mins yesterday night round Tseung Kwan O.  many people stayed at the parks, on the grass and near the river, they shared the mid-Autumn festival with their family and friends, many beautiful lanterns hung on the trees or lines, some children played lighting sticks, and some people sat on the grass and ate the mooncake.

a nice run.

having done another short run tonight with a little bit core strengthening exercise with the fitness ball and a short stretching exercise after run.

Just having done another short slow run for about 30 mins this night, the wind was heavy and cooler, great for running~^^~

although I seldom join race, I also realize that the race season is coming.  Add oil everyone~

did a short run on 23 Dec, long time no run due to a heavy flu for near 3 weeks, need more time to resume to run.

跑左半個鐘到, 今日試著O岩O岩買既3/4 tight, 感覺有D奇怪, 可能一來今晚真係有D熱, 著長衫3/4長褲跑有D熱既感覺, 二來條褲既Knee位真係有D緊, 唔知會唔會影響血液流通, 不過可能著耐左會OK。

ar, you can say that ge, actually I think I quite like anpanman.

having done a short slow run on 17 and today, weather is good for running.

Ran a short run for 30 mins on this Friday, and then yesterday, I did a bit dancing at home after having watched the dance programme, and today, just having done a 24 posture Tai Chi in the playground, haven't done that for a long time, nearly forgot how to do it, hopefully after practice for two nights, although I still couldn't completely remember the entire flow of the postures, I could do the whole 24 postures now.  Very happy for this.
