Just did a short slow run tonight, felt a bit relax after the run and stretching exercise. Actually I find that I really cannot spend more time on this apart from one run for half an hour every week, maybe after the coming exam, I can spend more time to keep my fit la.
haha, resume to did a slow run for about half an hour tonight, forgot to did the stretching exercise before come back home, so just did it at home, tonight heavy wind but the weather is quite good for run.

did a short slow run for about half an hour, then did some stretching exercise for my upper and lower body, and then back home and did a bit core resistance exercises. long time haven't done any resistance exercise, my muscles become weaker, really need to do more, or else my muscles especially the muscles of my core are not enough to support my daily round napkins routine.
wah, tonight's weather was very nice, I did a short run with faster than normal tempo, really felt very happy during and after the run ha, my birthday run~
