I go there every week and there are different types of runners/joggers/walkers.
Excellent place for training. Not very crowd, and sometimes you will see some professional runners there.
I went there earlier this week at 5:30am, it's not closed.
Sometimes, I finish my running session as late as 23:45 at night.
I think the course open 24 hours, but all the facilities open at 9:00 am.
