    Execution



    The idea might be good but the execution failed to confirm those "elite group" runners.
    I found out that many "elite group" runners could not meet the minimum requirement of 1 hr or 1 hr 10 mins to finish the 10 K.

    I ran 50 mins+ and ranked 1,000+ - better than about 2,000 elite runners

    Better buy one pair of training shoes with good cushion for training, and use another lighter shoes to race.

    雖然同自已PB 46min還很遠


    Ur PB is just similar to mine.

    結果跑到3k左右,真的是又開始脚痛了

    From my experience I usually could only do a 10 Km run in weekly running exercises.  However I could complete any half marathon during races.

    With sufficient running exercises, U could surely complete the FM within 5 hrs.

    total 飲了10 包,飲了像"汽水搞肚"產生化學作用那樣,
    可能自已的胃不適應這飲品,跑到12k後個胃就不妥了


    I guess you have more talent to join beer / soft drink drinking competition wor!
