Southern District Beach Run 2008 - 08/12/14

The 2008 Southern District Beach Run will be held on Dec 14 (Sun), starting at 9:30am at Repulse Bay Beach. The race starts from Repulse bay beach, towards Deep Water bay via Seaview Promenade and return. Total distance is 5km (or 3km for those between 10-17 years, or 1km between 7 and 9). Entry fee is HK$60, or HK$40 for those below 18, or HK$30 for 60 or above. Please see attached file for more details and entry form.

   Just having completed the Southern District 5 Km Beach Run at Repulse Bay in a moderate speed of 25 mins 15 secs in the morning today.  Running on sand is never an easy task to me!

However the sightly warm temperature and sunny sky added advantage to the race.

Still enjoyed the race!
