反思:
今日天氣高溫悶熱,跑落去唔太舒服。今日進行了Tempo Run練習。以前一直以為Tempo Run喺用9-10成力跑都會有高成效,但最近睇咗一本書先知唔喺。本書大約喺講:「When you train faster than current lactate-threshold pace, you accumulate lactate rapidly, so you aren't training your muscles to work hard without accumulating lactate. The more time you spend close to your lactate-threshold pace, the greater the stimulus for improvement. (References: Advanced marathoning)」所以我今次Tempo Run 選擇用大約4:15/km嘅速度練習。幸好讓我巧合地選中自己嘅lactate-threshold pace,所以總個過程也不太辛苦,但最後5分鐘開始有點喘氣,但不至於要勉強跑下去。
