Just post the application form and prepare to practise the uphill running. As the best time of my HM running is 2'05, planning to finish it within 3:30.
Given up the UNIEF Run last month because of the Knee and ankle pain. I think I will run the 30K this Sunday. MY number is 4003 and the target is to finish it within 4 hours. Is there anything I should prepare for this run? pls advise, C hing and C Tse.
Thanks for your advise. And I hope I can finish it this Sunday. I tried to Run 30K on 16 Dec 2008, but felt a bit knee pain at about 28.5K then I stop runnning again until this Monday I ran 10K again.
Just as what you have said I have less practise, thus the run was really hard for me, although I finished it within four hours. The first 15K keep 6 mins per K, but the last 15K, it needed 9 min per K. But I finally finish it as what I expected.
Yes, I registered the FM this year. The knee and ankle is OK, but the muscle in both legs is exhusted. The target of FM is just to finish within the time limited.
Oh, forget to congratulate you of having good running result in 30K.
