    Welcome to LongRun.hk.  I'm with the similar height with U but I weighted 165 lbs now.  I once dropped my weight to 138 hrs (probably too thin) after serious running and skipping lunches.

    The most important thing is to keep on exercise and suitable diet.  Slow long distance run is so effective to loose weight.
