Have you tried any half marathon before? I think you should start planning your training schedule right now, otherwise you may not have confidence to finish the 2009 SCM.

still tired after the long run on sunday. thinking shall i go runnning or not tonight. Hm.. if im 10lbs lighter, i'll run much easier and better. But it's hard to lose 10 lbs when the weather is getting colder and my appetite is getting 'bigger'. Shall look at my diet too.
nov 15 hiking 2.5 hours (waste of time)
nov 16 brisk walking in park 60 minutes (a bit boring)
nov 17 walking 15 minutes running 87 minutes total 14.4K (feeling a bit tired)
nov 20 yoga 1.5 hours
nov 22 brisk walking in park 60 minutes
nov 23 brisk walking in park 60 minutes
nov 24 walking 25 mins jogging 50 minutes total 10K
