Fristly is must take a rest don't trainning about few month, use the "form roller" or "rumble roller" stretch your legs,or may be you can use the "ITB strap" for your legs, the "ITB strap" correct position is upper the knee. When I'm got ITB on 2012 after the SCM,I take a rest then use all method about 4-5month ,so you better to keep your leg don't run again this few month then try to focus your running pose or your running shoes train your hip and core muscle will help you to recover.
