閣下確認是胃痛還是橫格膜痛？  x 2  

quite many people confuse 橫格膜痛 with 胃痛 or even 盲腸痛.   If the pain is gone few minutes after you slow down, or stop running, it is probably 橫格膜痛.  橫格膜痛 is not related to food in your stomach, but your warm up.
