Just curious?  What is HK's 急救牌 and AED牌?  Is it the trauma course and auto. external defibrillator license?

據小妹所知,係First-aid Cert by HK St.John Amb., AMS or HK Red Cross.
AED係Automatic External Defibrillator, 持証人係certified AED operator.

I see, you need to be certified in HK to operate an AED.  Here, anyone can buy one and anyone can operate it.
