I see, 原來係 shin splints.  I had it once about 15 years ago.  Get a pair of shoes with better absorption, try running on asphalt instead of concrete sidewalks.  These help to prevent it from happening again.  It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to heal.  If too severe, it might take up to a couple of months.

Shin splints and stress fracture share the same type of painful sensation.  If the pain doesn't go away after rest up, switching shoes, changing running form ........ etc, you better go to see your family doctor for correct diagnosis.  But PLEASE do not run if the pain persists, it will not get you any better at all.
