I am new. What is the qualify requirement for Boston Marathon? 3 or 4 hrs?

Wow! 3hr15min is too hard for me

1st time to enroll 10K this year, planned to enroll HM next year and then FM on year after next year. My target for HM is 2hrs and 4.5hrs for FM.
