This is absolutely ridiculous, why would a 10K start at 5:15 am and the full marathon starts at 8 am.  Don't they (organizer/race director) learn anything from the past with all the heat strokes and r ...

X2, 這兩年10K跟半馬/全馬, 已經分開兩條不同路線, 何需5:15am咁早開跑10K呢?
其實, 全馬可以最早六時開跑, 半馬遲一小時開跑, 大家都不會爭路啦!
全馬可以正午前到達終點. 10K可以六時到七時開跑. 終點也不會塞人啦!
