I am a big fan of b-ball 2!!!
But i would like to share my points about running and b-ball.
As you know, running focuses on weight mainly, so you can see that no more muscalar runners can run a good result because of the heavy weight. the good runners should be thin or skinny.......
However, b-ball player emphazises on muscle strength and power(e.g. jumping and grabbing rebounds), so when you train do the weight training (for upper body)for b-ball....you may influence the running performance because of the gain of muscle composition......
by the way, there is only one player in NBA, who is a marathon runner b4 playing b-ball......he is Richard Hamilton...
