尋元朗跑至上水之跑步路線

想由元朗跑至上水, 應跑那條路線? 可否建議一下

但由於唔熟這段路, 請問沿途應跟那些路段或路牌作指引?
另外, 兩條路線那條較不易迷途? 謝謝!!

謝謝師兄提點, 但曾由大埔跑至沙田, 由沙田至旺角, 由旺角至荃灣, 由荃灣至屯門, 由屯門至元朗, 還欠元朗至上水及上水至大埔兩段, 便可完成九龍, 新界行大運的心願, 所以還想一試, 再次多謝師兄提點!

仲有一條路線推介俾師兄,
不過係兜遠左同要上落山.

當你由元朗市出發,
由青山公路跑去坳頭後,
進入錦田公路跑至上村(或在蒙養小學入錦上路至上村).

之後入林錦公路(山路),
過左林村後,有個迴旋處,入康樂 ...

Glad to see you are interested in my route. I will post the map here when I have time. Come back later.


BTW, just to give a brief report of my run. I completed my run from Yuen Long to Sheung Shui and then to Tai Po safely.   The route is ok and easy to follow. I ran on 1/5/2009 which is a public holiday, so no trucks and no heavy traffic. The whole route is about 24 km and I enjoyed it. Thank you again for those who gave me advice and suggestion.

Congradulation!!!!   So Ching what is your route?  Along the Castle Peak Road or Fan Kam Road?

I ran along Castle Peak Road. It is easy to follow and the road condition is OK. At least, I didn't meet dogs !

我想跑呀，但係又唔識路，有無人可以port個地圖黎睇下呀？

Here is my route. It is not very accurate as I can't remember the route exactly. The total length is 23.4 km.

Here is the route from Tai Po to Cheung Sa Wan. If you want to go to Mong Kok, you can go along Tai Po Road and then to Mong Kok, but this part is very busy so I prefer to go directly to Cheung San Wan and you can go home by train.
