absolutely agree with Alfred Ching
i run 5-6 days a week, all in the mornings.
starting at 6am for 1 hour about 10-12K, then shower, eat breakfast, go to work, it has been like this for over a year, feel great at work!!!
human body can adapt very easily, establish the pattern and you can get used to it very soon.
the basic prinicple is that you have to piroritize your schedule, it is not easy, but build a good pattern of work and stick to it! |
