Yuen Long District Young Festival (Y.L.D.Y.F.) Distance Run
Yuen Long District Council and Yuen Long Town Hall (Y.L.T.H.) will hold a Y.L.D.Y.F. Distance Run on 14 June 09 (Sun).
Starting Time: 7:30am.
Race Route: Tin Ying Road -> Hung Tin Road and Return (Race Route is similar to Nike 10km Race but the captioned race distance is not 10km)
Racing Distance: 3km for Junior Group, 8km for Other Group
(Number of participants is limited, on first come first served base)
Entry Fee: HK$50
Souvenirs: A souvenir for each participant
Deadline: 20 May 09 (By Post)

Hello !   (although I am not BeeFing 哥, just to say 'hi')     

I am a bit shy too... still not yet approach anyone after many matches.

But, I will join the practice running tomorrow.

My difference between 1st and 4th km is also pretty significant (in fact more than 40 secs!).  I am not sure if it is due to longer distance for the 4th km or just that I was starting to get tired.... ...

Btw, congratulations to all ching and ctse winning so many prizes!!
Based on all the conversation between ching and ctse, would like to say:
Well done to BeeFing 哥 ching who has shown amazing improvement again and again.
神童威威 ching has done a great job despite his injury and his last 4km is even quicker than his first 4km.
I am happy with my own time of just over 34mins, hope I can have the chance to run together with BeeFing 哥 and 神童威威 ching and get closer to them in the next race la

琴日記低時間時先醒起, 多唔多人覺得第 4, 5k (轉接位) 係長0左; 而頭 1k 係短0左0架呢??
因為我第 4, 5k 各慢0左 2x 秒~ 相反頭 1k 就快0左近 2x秒~
