2010 Los Angeles Triathlon 洛杉磯三項

見倒各位講得/玩得咁爽, 小弟一於下定決心出年向三項挑戰. My ultimate goal is to complete a full Ironman in 2 years time.  My first one is going to be the LA Tri. next October.  http://www.latriathlon.com/index.html
