I usually run in the Bowen Road during Lunch time which is 4 KM long start at the Middle Level  beside the "Mother's Choice".  The route is crowdy with runners during lunch time. If I run fast, I will run 4KM and back (altogether it is 8 KM), or I may run 3KM and back.  Then I will go to the Hong Kong park for bathing.   It is one of the place where I practise Half Marathon, as there are road marks (1000, 2000,3000 & 4000) which tell you how long you have run and you can count the time when you have finished you target.  Also there are trees which can shadow the bright sun-light from hurting you.
