小弟想跑步減肥但有些少問題想問

Why not?

Just run slowly and always "listen" to your feet.  If they hurt, then take a break or run even slower.

Running or jogging regularly is very effective for weight reduction/control and can improve your heart health and overall fitness.

But you should always adopt health diet for weight reduction/control.

Remember a can of coke gives you around 300kcal and you need to run about 20 minutes to burn such calories.
