I am using Nathan Speed 4.  Bottle good size, 250ml each.  elastic belt.  Slightly bouncy.  Water bottle will not drop.  The only complain is that it is not suitable of filling up carbonated drinks since the pressure of the carbon dioxide will cause it to leak.

剛買了一個Mizuno腰袋，裏面有個水袋裝水，有條喉伸出來，可以放入口飲用。但發覺好難啜呀

主要係見佢八折完....under $150
係我買水壺腰袋的可接受價格
所以先出手...(其實都覺貴架，當聖誕禮物逗下自己開心咁，獎勵下自己就快跑到半馬 )
