My difference between 1st and 4th km is also pretty significant (in fact more than 40 secs!). I am not sure if it is due to longer distance for the 4th km or just that I was starting to get tired....

Based on all the conversation between ching and ctse, would like to say:
Well done to BeeFing 哥 ching who has shown amazing improvement again and again.
神童威威 ching has done a great job despite his injury and his last 4km is even quicker than his first 4km.
I am happy with my own time of just over 34mins, hope I can have the chance to run together with BeeFing 哥 and 神童威威 ching and get closer to them in the next race la
