Never mind about your speed, simply show up at 7:00pm.
The group will probably start at 7:30pm, you may join Group B for the first time.
You should see a whole group of people in front of the changing area.
Some of us will wear the 長跑網 singlet, simply let us know who you are, and we will show you to the appropriate group.
