You can consider the following routes:

1. From Ka Fuk Estate to Sheung Shui and make a turn via Northern District Hospital for return.  You can continue to run to Fanling, like Avon Park and return which is approx. 5.5K

2. The jogging path inside Pak Fuk Tin Sum Centenary Park (next to Avon Park) is another good venue which is approx. 600M.
