Departmental 10 Km in Tai Mei Tuk

Just completed a departmental 10 Km Race in 50 mins+ at Tai Mei Tuk in the morning today.

The temperature was unexpectly warm especially when the sun showed his face occasionally. Wearing a long sleeves running tee, I was almost melted down sometimes.

With a comfortable pacing I managed to complete the race in 5 mins a Km.

I was so glad to see so many online friends in the race and running so fast.

Another nice race in 2008.

跑到上述成績的人仕，是否消防員？

No coz  Fire Service Dept had their own x-country race on the same day.
Both the champions of men & women are police officers.

男36'女38' 已經係公開賽既水準啦, 估唔到紀律部隊都唔差, 係條街見到D亞蛇好多都係大肚腩.

Not all the police officers are fat gar.
In fact many of them are quite fit.
The champion of CCM HM is also an expatriate police officer.
