加油 其實我都唔係好識 但有少少意見 我覺得習中衝60~100就夠 平時跑開長相信有足夠耐速力衝400 基本上400對你黎講眨下就到 倒不如齋練速度好... | ||

Ringo is right, you don't need gel for short distance. Easy massage on your legs and walk around a bit to keep yourself from stiffening up may help.

Gel 只可以補充能量。而跑完400係肌肉勞損,即部份肌肉細胞輕微撕裂,所以食Gel都無用。 | ||
