我10k:
今晚以比賽pacing做多一次5k tempo, 唔做interval, 星期四一次5k easy run
wed interval 6x1k rest 4min in between
thurs recovery 4k
fri 20mins wu, 2 x 4mins (30sec @4:00pace, 30sec @6:00pace) with 4mins easy jog in between, 15min cool down
sat recovery 15mins
sun race
練Interval 唔練tempo,要身體習慣乳酸。那是之前我玩10km 的tapering week. 供參考 |
