You are right! Calcium alone can't build strong bones and tissues. Calcium needs phosphorus to maximize its bone-strengthening benefits and the heeling of bone fractures. But calcium and phosphours don't absorb well into the bone tissues. You need Vitamin D to regulate the absorption. Now where do we get Vitamin D? Simple, sunshine!!
