- Miuno Lightscud

It's because the price of Mizuno is reasonable with good quality.
I found out lately that NB is also a good running shoe's brand.

mizuno 平宜，大眾！

new balance performace 比 mizuno好少少，參考 rc800、rc1002、rc1001、rc1000
asics 這個 performace 是nb、mizuno之上，缺點一個字：「貴」，無論是人體力學至設計，是有根有據，我個人認為是mizuno的對枱，原因，asics很多設計不會畫蛇添足，應保護的地方落足心機，無謂的地方(wxxe)減輕及省卻。
sacony 、brook 這個來說，亞洲會少著，甚至無人著！
純綷個人見解！

不妨試下 nb 1001 、1002 for natual arch
若閣下是中掌擊可以試下 rc800、rt800wr

I have two pairs of mizuno (idation and spacer ) and one pair of NB (Rc800).
I think spacer is the best among these three. NB was good but need long time to accompany it, besides, the sole was hard. Also, u need time to accompany with mid sole types shoe.
Mizuno idation is more fit for Asian, but the weakness is the shoes easy to deform after long time running. Spacer has the best function among these three but the sole easy to wear out.
Now I wear the Rc800 for race but i may change back to mizuno in future or try another NB but not the mid sole one

like..
about weight, cushioning, fit, durability etc?
