Ginny tse,

I love your 蒙古 MTB race report and pictures, the scenery is so pretty!  I would love to go some day.  But I don't want to put my bike on the plane, too much money to transport it from North America to China.  Can I just rent a mountain bike in 蒙古to use it for the race instead?  Chung Hing fondu in Inner Mongolia. cool!

it's ok that u rent the bike there, i have friends went with me rent the bike, it cost RMB100 per day, but the bike is quite heavy.
And for the transportation, i don't need to pay extra money for the bike, it need extra fee for bike from North America to China?

Isn't it the bike is considered a cargo?  How come it is free?  

I once saw how the workers transfered luggages from the cart onto the belt then to the plane.  They don't care, just throw everything onto the belt.  Do you trust them?  They can damage the bike very easily.

BTW, wow!  you just came back from 蒙古 two weeks ago and right away 又遠征南洋!  妳真係好勁呀! What is next on your schedule?  Good luck to you whatever is on your next schedule!

You need to disamble ur bike and packed it into a carton for transportation. I'm also wonder howcome it will be free? May be it's a very light weight bike!

the max luggage weight is 25KG, the carton is not heavy and I don't have much other things, therefore don't need extra fee lor
