I attended the HKMP 30 K pre-marathon cum 10 K Race 2008 in the morning at Shek Kong today.  I managed to complete the race in 53 mins+.
I was happy to meet so many runners friends including MJ, Saki, Tai Wai Runner, SLLEUNG and others from LongRun.hk; Ma Wong, Janice, Running Man, Leisure Racer and others from Leisure Runners; MikeC, Raymond and others from hkrunners.com; Sarah from SSHH.
I was lucky to have pictures taken with the 10 K prize winners Janice and Raymond after the prize presentation.

Nice to meet Blurmax, Saki, Gary, 大圍, LEUNG 兄 and some other runners,

Today is much warmer than last week, and also suitable for running race. I joined 10K.

My result is 47:33 (self counted)

I just completed the Shek Kong 30KM run in 2:56:30 (PB since it is the first time). I wish to finsih within 3hrs and finally I made it.  It is also nice to meet Tai Wai, leung hing, Saki, MJ, Blurmax, Harvey, Hang and other runners from longrun.hk.  Now I am more confident to complete the FM in the coming Feburary.

恭喜白頭師兄及梁師兄!
大圍師兄也很勁,相信渣打全馬sub3:30應該無問題 !其他跑友亦似乎都能順利完成比賽,恭喜,恭喜!
那條賽道對我來說太可怕了,那個V型上落斜位,15km前後那段上落斜 ... 能夠跑畢全程我已感到很有成功感了(我估計完成時間大約是2:51:15) ! 下年應不會再參加這項比賽, 那些斜路太可怕了

妳個fd講得啱呀，女子隊際得3隊報有3個獎，即係跑得完都有獎，下年長跑網女將記得要組隊。
