Hi Longman Ching,

It is a Tritium watch mainly produce for Canada/ US Army (but with limited number available for civilian), I have compared other brands military watch including Luminox, Traser and Marathon and found the comment from Marathon is most reliable with nice finishing quality, below is the official website of Marathon

The original watch only comes with original rubber strap (nice quality) but if you like all steel you can also buy the original bracelet separately

I now owned Rolex Submariner, Rolex Milgauss, Rolex Daytona and Omega Speedmaster but I still found this Marathon TSAR is very impressive to me. I am now starting to play with Tritium Military watch so TSAR fits my need.
