Completed the Chung Hing Cup 10 K 2009 in the extremely hot and humid morning today in 52 mins+.

Really felt exhausted after 8 Km. Despite the slow completion time, I still enjoyed the race. ^.^

Just wonder why my idol Stephen running so slowly today!
