Swim : Water must be a bit cold and big wave too. Take an energy bar before swim to keep yourself full of energy
Bike : Very windy, better keep out of deep rim wheelset. Draft as much as possible!
Run : Sunny, windy, a bit hot and dry. Nice but easy to get dried out. Keep yourself hydrated
Run : 70% concrete road, 30% grass road. A stable running shoe prefered
