    Welcome to longrun.hk.

    My 1st 10K also consumed me 59 mins+ 4 yrs ago.
    My PB is now 46 mins.

    how do you train within this 4 yrs?


    I'm not a hard working runners.  I only run 3 times a week, and each session last 45 mins+.

    However I followed coach CHUNG Yu Ho for 3 months when my condition reached the peak.

    Yes ah!  I learnt interval training and other technique in the course.
