本來我都想參加家庭組合，無奈我只得一個仔，唯有分開我跑8K，小兒就跑3K啦~
不過我仲未報名，見到咁多CHING CTSE 報咗名，我都一 於早d報名跟大家一齊跑啦 ...

小弟都係想比一個目標, 等佢地去練吓跑, 亦都可以感受吓啲比賽嘅氣氛. 同賣九月又唔會太熱, 而且路程適合, 賽道又好, 剛剛開學功課又唔會太忙, 又未考試. 而小弟嘅大人都會去同小朋友影吓相 tim, 真係一舉多得

Today morning I joined 3k with my son and daughter. My son completed the whole race in average speed of 6K/min, but my daughter due to less of training only completed at about 24min+. In the race, I only accompaned my daughter at her pacing to finish the race. In fact, I have warmed up my body after the race.

I received the cert too.  The race on 09/2/1 is organized by DAB's vice chairman LAU Kwong Wah's organization wor.  Have to think lah...........................probably will not join...... ...
