"With Gigasports the title sponsor, the Hong Kong Cross Country Championchips 2010 tends to attract a wider range of runners than those from the clubs as in previous years, with a quota of 1,000. To be held at Penny’s Bay (near Disneyland Resort MTR Station), the race is designed as a loop course about 2km per loop. More details and entry are expected to be available on Aug 23."

Received my acceptance letter (#610) today.

Unfortunately I have to give up the LWRC 1/4 Marathon on the same day>.<

Just completed the pretty tough HK X-Country 10 K Run on the trail that probably worse than potato field in a moderate slow time under the unforgiving sun in the morning today.

Nice to meet so many runners friends from hkrunners.com, LongRun.hk and others.

Despite felt exhausted I still enjoyed the race.

Congratulations to all who completed the tough X-country Race today!

CHAN Ka Ho was really fit.  I nearly PK why watching a gal runner being rescued by ambulanceman^.^

The Nike black tee is quite nice that I wore it earlier to have food!

我跑 72 min. 跑得慢, 冇得揀.

I completed the race in 55 mins and had many choices wor^.^

我都係第一次體驗到咩叫做「食塵」

Not my 1st time of "eating dust", the fast runners in the former races in Sai Kung's Wan Chai produced even more dust^.^
