The Clearwater Bay Chase 2011 will be held on Jan 23 at the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, starting at 8:30am. Distance is 10K with hills, and there is also a 1km run for family. All proceeds go towards Breakthrough to support its Liberal Studies Project.

Completed the hilly 2011 Clearwater Bay Annual 10K Chase in the sunny & slightly cool morning in a moderate slow time of 53:28 mins today.

Nice to meet so many runners friends especially Saki, Kenny, Pure Joey and other Chings from LongRun.hk.

Enjoyed the race^.^

Had to walk 5 K to take a public light bus after the exhausted race at Clear Water Bay's bus station was really a tiring job.

p.s. blurmax 你太心急了, 我是搭10:40班車走的....

I walked almost 40 mins and had to experience these uphill slopes again>.<

Overtaking pure joey ching really made me happy for a while^.^
