For online application,
1, Just go https://www.hkaaa.com/hkaaa/even ... e2010_10k_login.asp
2, Register an account if you don't have one (remember username and password)
3, go back to step 1, use your username password to login
4, Fill out the form (retry few times if it said the server is full)
5, Submit the form and go payment
6, If you are using Visa, it will redirect you to visa verification (if you enrolled into this program) just enter ID, birthday, and card exp date.
7, After verification, the process is complete.
The whole process should be done within 15 mins. |
