I can't write this report in Chinese, because I'm still in Tokyo using my son's notebook.

    The  arrangement of the Tokyo Marathon is quiet good. It's 100% better than HK SCM. Firstly, they divid ..There is many spectators  and the performance of bands, traditionaldrum shows, cheer leaders can see along the route. A lot of food supplyafter 22 km for  5 km interval, no need for you to bring your own powerjell and power bar..

More to add   

The first 10km was very crowded.  My left leg was started to crimp during that time, because I can not run in my form due to the "traffic".  Luckily, I managed to relax m .It is such a disaster with the FedEx plan crash by the horrible wind direction change...

係咪全部係側面吹過黎，辛苦過頂頭風啊!

     It's much more better than Ximen (Ha Mun). As I can see, the spectators and including the staffs here were cheered all around. the sound of "kan ba da" were full in the air. The food includin ...

我都完成咗啦！

完成時間係四小時零八分鐘。（原定目標係四小時十五分鐘至四小時三十分鐘）

agreed with chanbb that this is the best race I ever joined.
