Cyber Run 08 is on the same day with Nike 10 K too!

This year's CyberRun for Rehab 2008 will be held on Nov 23 (Sun) at Cyberport, Pokfulam. Events include 5K race, 4K walk and 1.5K wheelchair-accessible walk. Six age categories for men and women, plus school and open team races. Minimum pledge per participant is HK$200 for adult or HK$100 for child and full time student. Enquiry: Tel: 2817-6277.

   I wore my new Adizero CS and managed to complete the race in 48 mins+ in an easy pace
